My nutritional philosophy is about details. And being honest with yourself. I’ll have you document every single thing you put into your body through a food diary that I will personally help you develop. Once I know what your diet consists of, we will have a one-on-one meeting to determine your nutritional goals, caloric intake, and nutritional breakdown. I’ll make sure you have plenty of healthy and great tasting options to help you succeed and build the body you’ve always wanted!
I am passionate and excited to help you become the best you can be! I love challenging my clients to step out of that boring comfort zone and pushing them to break down boundaries. I understand that a lifetime of bad habits can become a personal identity. My system begins with cardio. Weight loss is simple math; you’ve got to burn more calories than you take in. To get there you’re going to have to get moving! Get on the treadmill, get outside, get on the bike. Get on something and start moving! Additionally, I’ll build specific weight lifting regiments designed with your goals and your personality in mind. It doesn’t involve you spending tons of money on equipment either. All you need to succeed in my program is some dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a stability ball! We’ll use plyometrics and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to keep your heart rate elevated between weight training sets to help melt body fat and build lean muscle.
Training with Nichole is all about you. While she offers at-home training to those in the Memphis area, she also offers individualized fitness and nutritional training to anyone with an internet connection.

I knew I needed a personal trainer when my daughter's wedding was a year away and I was shopping for dresses that would hide my saggy arms. Now 50 years old, I have always had a tall, thin frame so I never really worried about my weight nor did I diet. I gave myself weight loss deadlines as the months crept closer to her wedding day. Bottom line – I have little self-discipline, so no body changes. I found Nichole right in my own class room as I was her daughter's preschool teacher. "Do you play basketball?" I asked, "Your arms are amazing!" "Actually," she said, "I'm a personal trainer."
Right from the start Nichole said, "I train for results!" We look back of my first training session with laughter and amazement. All I had to do was whatever she told me to do. I always tell people that Nichole took away my excuses for exercising: first, she came to my house and second, she brought the equipment with her.
She gave understandable nutrition guidelines and showed me how to increase my protein and reduce my sugar intake. She has the innate ability to know my limits and shatter my expectations. In three months I had lost 15 pounds and several inches off my arms and waist. By my daughter's wedding, I looked and felt better than I have in years.
I now understand that in order to look good and feel good as I age I need to keep this lifestyle in place. I also need a personal trainer as part of that lifestyle. Both my husband and I train with Nichole now. She keeps track of our fitness regimen and challenges our body and minds to succeed

Carmen W - On training with Nichole
I have always been healthy and never struggled with my weight. However, after the birth of my second child, I could not get the extra weight off. I went in for a routine check-up and learned that my cholesterol was borderline high and my BMI was in the unhealthy range. I also felt tired and stressed out most of the time. I knew it was time for a change, but I didn't really know how to get started.
I tried some things on my own and would see a little success, but then the weight would come right back. I knew that I had to maintain a healthy diet and exercise, so why was it not working? I decided I needed help. I met with Nichole and immediately liked her approach. She was a mom too, so she understood the pressure of being a working mother and the guilt that sometimes comes with taking time for yourself. She taught me the right combination of nutrition and exercise and most importantly gave me the accountability I needed to see results.
The first few weeks were tough and I was so sore! But I noticed a change in my mood and energy levels almost immediately. Within six months I had lost over 30lbs and my cholesterol levels were back in the normal range. I then ran my first half-marathon and bench pressed 70lbs - WOW!. All of my pre-baby clothes fit again and I actually look better now than I did before having children. Not just thin, but healthy and fit. I am also much better at managing my stress levels and taking care of myself. This puts me in a much better position to take care of my family. My son is interested in running now and my daughter likes to stretch like mommy. It is extremely rewarding to know that not only am I healthy, but I am passing along healthy habits to my kids.

Rob S - On training with Nichole
I started working with Nichole on 4.15.2015 at which time I weighed 185 pounds. My overall fitness level was below average, I knew that I was on a slippery slope downward being 50 years old and with limited self motivation to get in better shape and improved health.
Many of my friends and coworkers are amazed at the change in my physical fitness level and ask me what I did to enact the transformation.
Nichole provided me with balanced nutritional guidelines to lose the weight I desired and fitness regime to lose fat while building muscle. Daily, Nichole monitors my meal plans and suggests improvements. We work-out twice a week, concentrating on arms/upper body one day and legs/back on the second day. During the other days of the week, I do cardio and some self motivated exercises to enhance my progress.
I am now down to 160 pounds and have improved my overall fitness level and strength. This fitness/nutritional program has been a great success for me. I feel better than I have in years, more energetic, stronger, and more motivated. I eat healthier and pay more attention to what foods I choose to keep my body happy and healthy.
